Is the platform for online merchants or specially for brick & mortar merchants?
For now, this application is aimed to help brick&mortar merchants. We plan to extend our API-first platform to integrate into online stores.
How are points earned?
Once a customer completes a transaction, merchant at the checkout enters the value of transaction in POS-app and then scans the customer's QR code from customer-app. We are soon bringing in state-of-art cardlinking technology which will seamlessly read your registered VISA, MasterCard & AMEX transactions all all estackk partner Merchants.
How are points redeemed?
Customer-app has the feature to create coupons based on points earned which can be redeemed on the POS-app. We have geo-tracking ability to ensure the coupons are accurately reaching the POS location.
How are 100 customers accounted for?
Customers have option to join the store, Once they join they can earn and redeem points and also receive push notifications for all personalized offers and campaigns. Customer who joins the brand store are counted in. Merchant dashboard will have a realtime count of your member customers.
Do merchants need to enter payment/card details to use the platform?
No. We do not believe in charging our partners unless we add value. Research says, recurring loyalty business from 70-80 end-customers will pay for the platform fees. We grow when you grow.
Can I cancel the subscription any time?
Oh yes! If you are paying monthly, your subscription ends on 30th of the month. For yearly subscriptions, we process refunds on case to case basis.
